Payment Guidelines & Facilities.

Payment Guidelines.

Most common for all the properties you find on our website, we ask an initial deposit to guarantee the reservation. This initial deposit, is mostly below 10% of the full amount to be paid. Then 8-10 weeks before arrival we ask for the second payment up to 50% of the full amount to be paid. All Payments made to us are NON REFUNDABLE ! on certain occasions we will discuss with the owner of the house if they are willing to refund. As we are a facilitator between the owner of the house and you the tenant, the owner has the last word, not us.

Payment Facilities.

Our Credit Card facility is operated by Thailand's largest 3rd party CC facilitator Thaiepay. Once you confirm a reservation, your confirmation email will give you a link of our Credit Card payment facility within Thaiepay.

We give the option to confirm a reservation by wire transfer to our Personal Bank Account or Company Bank Account. Both accounts are with the Siam Commercial Bank, one of the largest banks in Thailand.

Occasionally we allow you to pay with Paypal. Only verified Paypal members, and you have absorb all cost. In case you would like to pay with Paypal, please notify us first.
