For the Property Owner
1. How to add my
Property?
2. How many properties
can I list?
You can list as many properties
as you own. You will have to enter the property details
separately to generate a separate Property Reference Number.
3. Do I have to pay
PattayaHolidayRentals.com to be listed or to add my Property?
No, we do not charge you to
be listed on our website. We provide you all
the facilities to promote your holiday home FREE!
The objective of our site is to provide the guest/renter all the
important information they want to know about your holiday home
including rates and availability and for the renter to just
send you a booking enquiry. The only fee you have to pay is a
10% commission when you get a booking as a result of a booking
enquiry we send you.
4.
How does the booking process work?
All properties work with a
reservation request (from the guest/renter side). That means
when a guest likes your property, they will initiate a request.
This request you have to approve manually. So even in the case
your data on our website is outdated (incorrect rates, or wrong
rental conditions) you can negotiate with the potentional renter
directly.
5.
How can we update
the property?
The best
thing about a web site is it isn’t out of date the moment it has
been printed. You can login and change your contact or property
details online anytime you want.
6.
Can you add our pictures and text?
Yes, give us an Email at:
info@pattayaholidayrentals.com and we will come to your
property, take pictures and
will discuss the text and rates with you, free of charge. After
that we will upload the data, and eventually will sent you your
username/password.
7.
Does the guest/renter pays
PattayaHolidayRentals or Me the property owner?
We prefer that you take care of
the payment process, but in cases we can handle the payment
process for you.
8. I forgot my username or
password?
Your username is your e-mail
address you registered to our website. If you ever forget your
password, at the logon screen click on 'Forget your password?
This will direct you to a screen where you can enter your e-mail
address. We then e-mail you your password.
