Luxury furnished 3+1 bedroom villa with private pool for rent in ‘View Point’ housing estate. Experience a true home from home-style holiday in Thailand.
The large two story villa is suitable for eight persons, comply with European standards and are stylish furnished with modern Thai art.
View Point is located just 900 meters from the sandy beaches of Jomtien.
The main city centre of Pattaya and the world famous ‘Walking Street’ are just 15 minutes away by public transport or car. The housing estate has two secured entrances; with the main front entrance leading directly to the beach and the back entrance towards the highway to Bangkok. Moreover the compound has a communal pool & large children exercise playground.
Each Villa features a tastefully decorated living area with polished marble floors, air conditioning a leather sofa set and a 44’ flat screen TV with DVD player.
The open plan euro kitchen with granite work top is fully equipped with dishware and utensils, has a four ring stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machine & toaster.
Dinner can be served at the large dining table suitable for eight adults. The bar area boosts a full set of wine & champagne glasses and a desktop computer with 2MB ADSL & wireless internet. An open outdoor kitchen with gas hob, suitable for preparing seafood, and a washing machine are situated at the backside of the villa.
The outdoor living space of the villas features a private salt-water swimming pool with children area, two sun beds, a terrace with a classic rattan sofa set and a comfortable table with chairs. Moreover a barbeque is available for preparing steaks and grills. Ceiling fans will keep you cool while drinking a cocktail and enjoy the tropical climate.
In the evening the garden & pool lighting will create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere on the terrace.
On the second floor every villa has three spacious bedrooms with large double beds, all with en-suite bathroom. The rooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort.
The master bedroom includes a 32’ flat screen TV with DVD player and a large bathroom with a two person Jacuzzi.
The second floor also has an additional living/games room with 32’ flat screen TV with DVD player & sofa bed. This sofa bed can be folded into a queen size bed to make this the 4th bedroom.
The four bathrooms are decorated in white and come with hot water showers.
The bed configurations are flexible , where the king size bed of the 2nd bedroom can be split into two 3ft single beds and an extra spare bed is available upon request.
